Yes, MadZ DVD to Zune Video Converter will work with nearly all
encrypted commercial DVDs. Before the video on the DVD is converted into .WMV
format, it will be decrypted by the software. However, it is possible that
you may discover some commercial DVDs that our software will not decrypt and
convert successfully. There are millions of commercial DVDs on the market from
hundreds of DVD publishers. As you can imagine, it was not possible to fully
test our software with all of them. Also, DVD publishers are continually
inventing new encryption protocols and so there may be some relatively new DVDs
out there for which our software will not work--yet.
That is why we are continually working to upgrade the decryption capabilities
of our software. If you discover DVDs that it will not successfully convert,
please let us know immediately what titles you were trying to convert and what
exactly happened when you tried to convert them. Also, be sure to keep your
version of MadZ DVD to Zune Video Converter updated, using
our FREE UPDATE service, so that you have
access to the most effective decryption capabilities available.
Yes, you can use MadZ DVD to
Zune Video Converter to create Video_TS
folders on your computer's hard drive. From that point, you can then either burn
those folders to a blank DVD using DVD burning software, or you can convert the
Video_TS folder contents for uploading to your
Zune.
As a current registered user, you can receive
ONE replacement activation code free of charge, but only if it is requested within 30 days of the date on which you originally purchased the software. Contact us for details and instructions.
If you need an additional activation code for a second
computer, you can purchase one from MadZ Software for only $5.00.
Note: There is a limit of only one additional code per
customer. And MadZ Software reserves the right to end this offer
or change the price at any time.
Yes, you can convert individual titles from episodic DVDs. However, you can

This problem is caused by an installation error when the software is installed under Windows Vista. Use the Programs/Features function of the Windows Control Panel to completely uninstall the software. Then reboot your computer. Now reinstall the software. When prompted, choose "Everyone" from the options shown during installation. Now restart the software. It should start correctly now and you shouldn't have any further problems. .
